Community Garden Meeting 5/7/08

What Days? Wednesday seems to work, so the first day will be Wednesday, May 14 from 3-6pm.
Program Logistics: Dividing the plot of land into individual lots so each kid that signs up can have their own plot. The cap for kids will have to be somewhere between 15 and 25. The first day will be a sign up and basic “getting started” on the work of the garden itself. We'll have to make some kind of permission slip. Each volunteer should have 5 kids assigned to them that they work with every week.
Promotion-
Mike will write the text for a flyer, and Dave will do the design

Stephanie will contact Green Thumb and the guerilla gardeners re: supplies
